Welcome to North West Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service (NWCATS)

NWCATS is a mobile, community-based NHS service providing access to diagnostic imaging and clinical procedures across the North West of England.

Our aim is to offer every patient an excellent healthcare service in a modern, clinical environment by delivering the best quality patient care.

We constantly invest in our people, facilities and equipment to ensure our patients receive a high standard of care.

Our mobile units travel to different locations across the North West of England to provide a local service to NHS patients who have been referred by their GPs.

Formerly Greater Manchester Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service (GMCATS), which covered the Greater Manchester area, the new NWCATS service now covers the North West of England, including East and West Lancashire. Click here for a full list of our clinic locations.
